About Our Work

  • I have worked with people

…who find themselves thinking, “I need to find my voice”…

    …who are deeply sensitive…

…who are yearning for greater vitality in their lives…

…who are seeking healing from family, ancestral, religious, systemic, and sexual trauma…

    …who have difficulty with assertiveness…

    …who are harsh self-critics…

…who are navigating the grief and anger of chronic illness…

    …who are paralyzed by anxiety…

…who are tired of “being strong” and playing a role…

…who are dissatisfied in their relationships…

… who are unhappy but “don’t even know where to begin”…

  • I draw from a relational psychodynamic approach to empower people to attune to their emotional experiences and recognize how early attachments are playing out in current relationships in order to begin moving toward an integrated life. In our sessions, I will ask you thought-provoking questions to bring your own internal wisdom forward, gently challenge you to consider new possibilities, and help you in becoming more acclimated with your own unique and beautiful inner world. I often use what is happening in the here-and-now between us as important information to attend to and be curious with. I believe therapy offers a unique opportunity to bring forward the parts of ourselves we tend to keep hidden - when these parts are witnessed, held, and nurtured, we have the opportunity to experience healing and move forward in our lives with greater resilience and emotional health.

Clients have described my style as warm, thoughtful, and empowering.

I am a clinician who is also engaged and invested in my own therapy. I will never ask you to try interventions or do therapeutic work I have not done myself. My dedication to my own personal growth allows me to make space for and interact with your emotional experiences with the utmost care.

Telehealth Sessions

  • I currently offer telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in the state of Oregon and Pennsylvania. Our work together will always be confidential and compliant with all relevant standards (HIPAA, the American Psychological Association, and the Oregon and Pennsylvania licensing board).

I am hoping to begin working with clients in-person in Lancaster city in the next few months. If you hope for in-person care, please let me know.
